Lucky Charm

1.5 Oz White Dove
1 Oz Chartreuse
1 lime (cut into pieces)
1/8 tsp Sea Salt

In a mixing glass add the lime pieces and salt. Muddle until the salt is completely dissolved. Add White Dove and Chartreuse. Fill glass with ice and stir for 1 minute. Strain into coupe glass.

AFTERMATH

1.5 Oz White Dove
½ Oz Sambuca
½Oz Lime Juice
½ Oz Grapefruit Juice
½ Oz Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients to a large shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. 

La BELLA

1 ounce White Dove
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce strawberry purée
1 dash rose water
1 1/2 ounces Sparkling Rosé
Ice

Add all ingredients, except Rose, to a large mixing glass with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over ice and top with Rose.

BEATRIX

1.5 Oz White Dove
1 Oz Pear Brandy
1 Oz Canton ginger liqueur
1 Oz Sweet Vermouth

Add all ingredients to a large mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass.

THE HIGH RISE

2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1.5 oz White Dove
2 Dashes Cranberry Bitters
½ oz Cranberry-Vanilla Syrup
½ eggwhite

Combine all ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into Champagne flute. Garnish with dried orange slice. Dust with cranberry and orange powder.


THE GLIDER

2 oz White Dove
1 oz Crème De Violet
½ oz Maraschino Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Dash Cherry Bitters
½ oz Brandied Cherry Syrup
1 Brandied Cherry

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with lots of ice. Stir for 30-45 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with brandied cherry.


THE KNOCKOUT

1.5 oz White Dove
1 oz Pear Brandy
4 oz Whole Milk
1 oz Cinnamon-Vanilla Syrup

Combine all ingredients with lots of ice in a shaker. Shake hard, at least 30 seconds, to froth the milk.

Strain into an Irish Coffee glass. Garnish with pear slice, cinnamon and a vanilla bean.

THE CAMPFIRE

1.5 oz White Dove
1 oz Apple Brandy
4 oz Hot Mulled Apple Cider
.5 oz Mulled Apple Cider Reduction

Combine White Dove, Brandy and Cider reduction to a tall mug. Fill with the hot mulled apple cider. Garnish with apple slices dusted with cinnamon.

THE HARVEST

1.5 oz White Dove
3 oz Pumpkin/Chai Tea
1 oz Grand Marnier
2 Dashes Chai Bitters
2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
1 piece whole nutmeg for grating

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until frosty and pour into double rocks glass with 1 large ice cube. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.


LA MADELEINE

3 OZ WHITE DOVE
3 DASHES LAVENDER BITTERS
1 OZ MERCATI BLUEBERRY
1 OZ ALMOND MILK
½ OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

Shake Over Ice and Double Strain Into Martini Glass

1 EGG WHITE

Shake Well and Strain Over Large Ice Cubes Into Collins Glass
